Your order status will display as 'Shipped' once your order has been despatched from the lab. The date the order is shipped will be shown in the 'Status Date' field in the My Orders section of the website.
Your order will be delivered via Australia Post and normal postage times will apply. If your order is being delivered to your nearest BIG W store, once your order is received the store will email you and advise that your order is available for collection.
